Refund Policy

1. Return Period

1.1. We offer a 30-day return policy for all eligible products.

1.2. The 30-day period begins from the date of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility Requirements

2.1. Products must be:

  • In original, unopened packaging

  • Inner bubble bag must remain sealed

  • Free from any damage or tampering

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2.2. For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Products with broken seals cannot be returned

  • Products must be in their original, unopened condition

  • All security seals must be intact

3. Return Process

3.1. To initiate a return:

  • Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA)

3.2. Return Shipping:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Use secure, trackable shipping method

  • Package products appropriately to prevent damage

  • Include RMA number on the outside of the package

4. Refund Processing

4.1. After we receive and inspect the return:

  • Refund will be issued to original payment method

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

5.1. If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of damaged items/packaging

  • We will arrange replacement or refund

  • Return shipping will be covered by us in these cases

6. Non-Returnable Items

6.1. For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Products with broken seals

  • Opened packages

  • Products with damaged packaging

  • Used or tested products
